 Laser Engraving Equipment:
The world's most advanced British ALE fiber laser enaraving eguipment has been introduced with a maximum light rate of 500W. It uses "three beams of light" "multiple Strikes" and "MAD swing technology to generate deeper and smoother cell shapes than ordinary laser engraving that conducive to the uniformity of ink transfer. Combined with the ANICAM cell detection equipment, it ensures the accuracy of ink transfer volume.

 Plasma Spraying Equipment
We utilize the Swiss SULZER triple-cathode plasma spraying system, applying strict processes for plasma thermal spraying of ultra-hard ceramic coatings. This equipment features excellent process stability, high power, and high deposition efficiency, effectively reducing the porosity of the ceramic layer while ensuring thickness and uniformity.

Using the advanced Anicam tester which can accurately measure the volume of cells. cell size, opening size, cell depth, mesh cross-section angle, and generate three-dimensional diagrams, etc.

Guangdong Shangyun Laser Technology Co., Ltd, as Asia's largest ceramic anilox roller production base, our ceramic anilox rollers undergo 8 strict processing steps to ensure stable quality and meet the printing and coating needs of diverse global customers. From the selection of the base roller to engraving and final product, we have a complete processing flow.

In the machining workshop, the base roller goes through cutting, turning, welding, precision shafting, drilling, precision grinding, keyway milling, dynamic balancing and other processes. After passing the strict inspection, it moves to the spraying and grinding workshop. Our factory has introduced the Swiss Sulzer 3-cathode plasma spraying system, applying a nickel-chromium alloy as the base layer to enhance the bonding between the ceramic layer and the base roller, and a premium chrome oxide ceramic layer.
This high-quality coating and thermal technology ensures a surface hardness of 1300HV-1450HV, making the anilox roller super wear-resistant. A sealing agent is then applied to further enhance coating performance and extend service life. After coating, we take the corundum grinding machine to process the coating surface to guarantee the accuracy, then polishing, to meet the mechanical size requirements, improve the surface finish of the anilox roller.
Next, the anilox roller proceeds to the engraving stage. The company has adopted the world's most advanced British ALE multi-beam, high-power, high-precision engraving machines. Capable of engraving screen counts from 30LPI to 1500LPI . For different products, technologies such as "three-beam," "single-beam multiple strike," and "MAD swing" are used to create deeper and smoother cell structures than ordinary laser engraving, facilitating ink transfer. Combined with ANICAM cell detection equipment, this ensures precise consistent ink transfer volume, reducing waste and increasing printing quality. Smooth cell structures minimize ink residue, reducing maintenance costs.
